Be our next Geotechnical Instrumentation and Monitoring Project Manager!

• Manage and oversee the execution of geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring projects, including installation, data acquisition, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and contractors to develop project-specific monitoring strategies and work plans.
• Lead the preparation of technical submittals, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Supervise and support field teams in the installation and commissioning of sensors and data logging systems.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and logistics for monitoring devices and services.
• Ensure project compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Review and interpret data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide technical reporting and response action plan.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Support business development by participating in proposal writing, budgeting, and client meetings.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Registered Professional Engineering in Ontario (P.Eng)
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring projects.
• Proven project management experience, ideally in infrastructure, transit, or tunneling projects.
• Familiarity with a range of monitoring tools and platforms (e.g., VW systems, robotic total stations, T4D, GeoMoS, or similar).
• Strong understanding of field operations, data validation, and geotechnical interpretation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
