When the simple motions of life become small moments of joy, that’s Everyday Magic.™

Fellow is looking for a System Technical Program Manager to join the TPM team that will be responsible for delivering timely launches of new products. They would provide the technical guidance and project management skills to move a program from the concept phase, through prototyping, and into mass production while ensuring at each phase we are ready to proceed. They will uncover and mitigate the obstacles to achieve each project’s goal.

A successful candidate will proactively search for potential technical, logistical and process issues before they arise and possess an arsenal of proven methodologies for mitigating each in a time-effective manner.

While working from Vilnius, Lithuania with your core engineering team, you will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (Who is based in Fellow’s San Francisco HQ). You’ll lead an exciting new engineering program and serve as the connective tissue between engineering, operations, commercial teams, contract manufacturers, and the Fellow Executive team. You are someone who can dive into technical issues with engineering, organize a corrective action plan, then zoom out and communicate the big picture clearly to different audiences.
