• →Lead and improve the software development lifecycle from planning through release
• →Partner closely with Product leadership to translate roadmap priorities into clear engineering execution plans
• →Drive sprint planning, prioritization, delivery management, and cross-functional alignment across multiple engineering teams
• →Help scale engineering operations, delivery systems, QA processes, and development best practices
• →Remove blockers, improve velocity, and create operational clarity across teams
• →Stay connected to the technical side of development with a willingness to be hands-on when needed
• →Mentor engineering leaders and help build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• →Collaborate on the company’s growing AI strategy, including AI-powered product features, automation initiatives, and developer productivity enhancements
• →Ensure teams are delivering scalable, high-quality software that aligns with business goals and customer needs

• 7–10+ years of experience in software development, including leadership experience within SaaS environments
• Proven success partnering closely with Product organizations to deliver customer-facing software at scale
• Strong understanding of Agile development principles and experience leading iterative software delivery
• Experience managing multiple engineering workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with tactical execution and hands-on problem solving
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Passion for modern software development practices, emerging technologies, and AI-driven innovation
• Experience with AI/ML initiatives, automation tooling, or AI-enabled product development is a strong plus
• Startup or high-growth SaaS experience strongly preferred
