HSE Coordinator

For Health and Safety support in the field activities. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree and or an equivalent of five (5) years of exposure in Industrial and Constructions projects within the regulated industry. 
• 30hrs OSHA Certification (General Industry or Construction
• Bilingual (English & Spanish). 
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in:
  • Legislations and procedures; potentially hazardous materials or practices.
  • MS Office 
  • Trainings, permissions and orientation. 
  • Procedure development. 
  • Safety and SOP regulations.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Responsible for facilitating compliance with occupational health and safety (OSHA) guidelines.
• The main goal will be to always ensure safe working environment and prevent any injuries and accidents.  
• Plan and implement EHS policies and programs
• Adhere to all the rules and regulations
• Conduct risk assessment
• Enforce preventative measures
• Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations
• Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes
• Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees' safety.
• Participate in PHRs.
