BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECH

Description

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual who takes pride in keeping a facility safe, organized, and operating at its best. This position is responsible for a variety of general building, property, and equipment maintenance needs. Automotive experience is not required.

• →Perform light HVAC repairs and routine filter maintenance
• →Maintain dealership buildings and grounds
• →Perform parking lot maintenance, including pavement and parking-space marking
• →Complete minor plumbing and drain repairs
• →Perform general building repairs and preventative maintenance
• →Identify facility issues and assist with repairs before they become larger problems
• →Maintain workshop, maintenance, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition
• →Assist with snow removal, salting, and other winter weather responsibilities
• →Perform other general facility maintenance duties as needed

• At least 1 year of experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, construction, property maintenance, or a related field preferred
• Strong general handyman and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. and perform the physical duties associated with facility maintenance
• Dependable, organized, and willing to respond to changing facility needs
• No automotive repair experience required
