Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Manager located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Director, Materials, the Supply Chain Manager role will be responsible directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products. Customer face and strategic.

Responsibilities

→BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
→Solid experience in supply chain management and operations within a manufacturing environment, including inventory control, demand and materials planning, purchasing, materials management, and SMI coordination to support supplier management, material flow, customer requirements, manufacturing support, logistics, and operational execution.
→Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional work teams and interacting effectively with internal stakeholders, executives, customers, and suppliers.
→Demonstrated negotiation skills in achieving favorable cost and service provisions.
→Fluent English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally across multiple geographic regions and business levels.
→Candidate must be competent in Microsoft Office applications.
