Foreground is partnering with a leading oilfield services provider in Oman to appoint a Health & Safety Manager who will oversee safety protocols across drilling and field operations. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, developing safety programs, and fostering a strong safety culture in high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

→Develop and implement HSE management systems aligned with international standards.
→Conduct risk assessments, hazard analysis, and emergency response planning.
→Lead safety training programs across drilling and operational teams.
→Monitor compliance with Omani and international HSE regulations.
→Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
→Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry bodies.

Requirements

Bachelors in Safety, Engineering, or related discipline; NEBOSH/IOSH certifications required.
10+ years of HSE management in oilfield services or drilling.
Strong leadership in high-risk environments.
Knowledge of ISO and OHSAS standards.
Excellent English skills; Arabic an advantage.
