Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an On Call Spa Attendant to join our Spa team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and luxurious experience for guests by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the spa, fitness center, and pool facilities. Reporting to Spa Leadership, the Spa Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring all guest areas are fully stocked, organized, and inviting.

• →Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and personalized experience.
• →Assist guests with spa, fitness, and hotel-related inquiries.
• →Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the spa, fitness center, locker rooms, and pool areas.
• →Set up and replenish amenities, linens, refreshments, and guest supplies throughout the day.
• →Complete daily opening and closing responsibilities to brand standards.
• →Support retail operations and maintain merchandise displays.
• →Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• →Ensure all areas meet Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, safety, and luxury.

• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Work authorization in the United States.

• On Call position
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
