We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Steward to support our Food & Beverage operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, stewarding stations, and back-of-house facilities.
• →Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• →Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, cookware, glassware, and equipment.
• →Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• →Assist in waste management and recycling procedures.
• →Support kitchen and service teams as required.

• Previous experience in a stewarding or hospitality role is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
