We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue team.
The Revenue Operations Manager plays a key role in optimizing revenue processes to support growth, improve operational efficiency, and increase overall profitability.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams, as well as other cross-functional stakeholders, to align processes, systems, and data around a unified revenue strategy.
This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations within the Revenue department.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize Revenue Operations processes, including lead management, sales forecasting, pipeline management, deal execution, and customer journeys.

Align processes and systems across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Define, implement, and monitor revenue performance metrics and KPIs to track business performance.

Manage and optimize the revenue technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, planning, and analytics tools.

Lead cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, automation, and scalability.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support revenue growth initiatives.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements related to revenue operations.
