Assist in designing, developing, and updating Power BI dashboards for different HR functions
Collaborate with HR teams to identify data needs and key metrics for their specific function areas
Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and consistency with all dashboards
Work with HR data sources to collect, organize, and clean data for use in Power BI
Identify areas for improvement in current dashboards and recommend enhancements
Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed

Undergraduate with a background in Human Resource, Business, or other related fields
Good interpersonal skills to influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals
Passion in AI, Automation and analyzing problems to build creative solutions
Familiar with Power BI and data visualization tools
