Service Work Controller

• • Daily customer call monitoring from call log in system till problem fixed
  • Get involve on checking step for new machine installation
  • Monitoring monthly maintenance, assign technician to meet target
  • Assign technician and manage them from assigning till task closed
  • Daily task report
  • Customer bad debt follow up by setting/remove note on system
  • Get approval from management for back up consumable in case needed
  • Create consumable order
  • Send quotation, monitor and confirm payment for some cases

Job requirement

• Time management is the most, all calls usually manage 2 hours for response time then we must strictly monitor the task
• Task managing, monitoring
• Fast but accurate
• Detail person
• Ability to adapt new things
• No need work experience, but if has knowledge on related job is advantage
• Good at MS office application mainly in Excel
• Good at English and Vietnamese
