C#/DotNet Engineer

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain C# / .NET applications (web, desktop, or backend services) Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical design decisions Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and QA engineers throughout the SDLC Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt Integrate with RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party systems Work within Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement Stay current with emerging technologies and .NET ecosystem updates Requirements Strong proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core (3+ years) Experience with ASP.NET Core for building web APIs or MVC applications Solid understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) Experience with Entity Framework Core or similar ORM frameworks Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest) Version control using Git (branching strategies, pull requests) Understanding of REST API design and consumption
