Quality Engineer - Production

Fuse is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our energetic and growing team! This is an opportunity to work closely with Quality Management providing reliable reports and process improvement recommendations to monitor and improve overall product quality. In this role, you will support the company’s full business quality management system and production team. Fuse is an innovative, design-driven environment that delivers elegant engineering solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree or High school diploma with relevant experience.
• 3-5 years experience as a Quality Engineer or Technician in an assembly environment
• Solid judgment to proactively identify and solve complex problems
• Hands on experience with reading engineering drawings and interpreting technical information to include GD&T tolerancing
• Experience with collecting data for generating quality reports
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in changing situations
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments and with supervisors and managers
• Active secret clearance or ability to obtain a clearance
• US Citizen

• ASQ Certification (Engineer or Auditor)
