• →Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• →Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• →Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• →Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• →Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• →Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
