Maintenance Technician - The Highland

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to help maintain a luxury apartment community. This role is ideal for someone with general maintenance and basic HVAC experience who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and helping keep a community running smoothly.

• →Complete routine maintenance work orders including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• →Perform basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting (filter changes, thermostat checks, drain lines, etc.)
• →Assist with make-readies including minor repairs, painting, and HVAC checks
• →Handle general handyman tasks such as repairing doors, replacing fixtures, and small carpentry work
• →Help maintain the grounds and common areas to keep the property looking its best
• →Work with the team to identify and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently

• Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or apartment maintenance
• Basic HVAC knowledge required (EPA certification is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and professional when interacting with residents and staff

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and work indoors and outdoors
