→MA/MS degree with 5+ years or BS/BA degree with 7+ years of general experience in information systems and 5+ years of specialized experience.
→Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
→Experience assisting with testing, writing acceptance criteria and confirming test cases results.
→Experience with producing relevant and current requirements, sizing user stories correctly, and removing roadblocks prior to sprints start.
→Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise IT or data programs.
→Demonstrated experience supporting cloud data platforms, analytics, or data initiatives.
→Strong expertise in requirements management, data analysis, and documentation.
→Experience working in federal or regulated environments (plus).
→Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
→Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
→Experience supporting federal judiciary or justice-related programs.
→Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data quality practices.
→Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS S3/Redshift/QuickSight preferred).
→Experience supporting statutory or compliance-driven reporting.
→Mentoring or lead-analyst experience.
→Experience with SQL (read-only analysis).
→Experience with STTM and data mapping tools.
→Experience with BI and Reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.
→Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
→Familiarity with cloud-based data platform supporting operational data, reporting, and analytics delivering cloud-based architecture (data lake, lakehouse, or data warehouse).
→Familiarity with Data Platform & Architecture, Data Engineering & Integration, Data Migration & Archiving & Disaster Recovery tools and services.

The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
