If you are looking to grow in an enriching career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Manager, Actuarial (FCM).

The Role:

• Perform IFRS 17 data testing and other related tasks
• Analyse valuation and financial results (profits, surplus arising, reserves, and capital requirements)
• Perform testing on valuation data from policy administration system
• Prepare and analyse solvency results for IAIS ICS computations
• Prepare and analyse solvency results required by MAS
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
• Other responsibilities entailed

The Person:

• Possess Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Sciences, with relevant professional qualifications
• Has at least 4 years of working experience in financial services industry
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good project management skills
• Proficient in MS Office, including Macro, VBA, and Excel
• Experience with Prophet for product modelling and projection
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
