DevOps Engineer

You’re the kind of engineer who sees a manual process and instinctively wonders how to make it better. You enjoy understanding how systems fit together, how infrastructure behaves under pressure, and how automation can turn complexity into something elegant. Most of all, you want to work somewhere your curiosity is valued  and your ideas actually shape how things are built.

At Gemba Advantage, you’ll find that environment.

We design and run secure, cloud‑native platforms for critical public‑sector organisations across the UK. The platforms you’ll help build aren’t theoretical exercises, they underpin essential operations. You’ll join two sister teams working together on one of our most mission‑focused programmes, developing a suite of business‑critical systems and solutions that people genuinely depend on.

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, customers, and experienced engineers who care deeply about modern DevOps practices. You’ll learn fast, automate boldly, and contribute to meaningful digital transformation.

This is a role for someone who wants to learn fast, automate boldly, and contribute to meaningful change.
