Define enterprise storage standards and reference architectures across on-premise and cloud environments
Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) storage architectures
Lead large-scale infrastructure transformation programs and cloud storage adoption initiatives
Drive storage modernization including NVMe, software-defined storage, and object storage solutions
Manage capacity planning, cost optimization, and performance tuning initiatives
Define and implement automation and self-service models using frameworks and APIs
Own vendor evaluation, selection, and technology roadmap planning
Ensure storage platforms meet security, compliance, and audit requirements
Provide program-level leadership and engage key stakeholders across business and IT teams
Guide best practices for operational excellence and continuous improvement

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
9–15+ years of experience in enterprise storage and VMware-based infrastructure environments
Strong expertise in enterprise storage architecture and design
Proven experience with hybrid and cloud storage platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
Hands-on experience with software-defined storage technologies such as Ceph and VMware vSAN
Strong understanding of HA/DR architectures and resiliency models
Experience with automation frameworks, orchestration tools, and API-driven infrastructure
Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness
Experience with FinOps practices and cost optimization strategies
Strong stakeholder management and program leadership skills
Ability to lead modernization and transformation initiatives at enterprise scale
