Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years' experience in post-implementation adoption strategy and usage maximization.
- Specialized ability to assess low user maturity, identify adoption barriers, and design targeted coaching/interventions.
- Experience shifting organizational culture from paper-based to digital-first, using modern tools and technologies.
