We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex Grid Automation projects. En tant que Chef de projet senior chez GE Vernova, vous dirigerez l'exécution complète de projets complexes d'automatisation de réseau dans le cadre du processus NPI (Introduction de nouveaux produits). Ces projets couvrent l'ingénierie système complexe, incluant les logiciels et les logiciels embarqués, les tests d'intégration de plateforme et la livraison de systèmes aux clients (externes et internes). Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 7+ years of project management experience with complex, multi-faceted projects (systems engineering, telecommunications or equivalent)
Certifications: PMP or equivalent professional certification.
Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory).

About the Role
~1 min readAs a Senior Project Manager at GE Vernova, you will lead the end-to-end execution of complex Grid Automation NPI projects.
These projects cover complex system engineering including software and embedded software, platform integration testing and system delivery to customers (external and internal). You will be accountable for the project’s financial performance, contractual integrity, and overall customer satisfaction, ensuring a high standard of safety and quality at every stage.

Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement to address quality issues, capture lessons learned, drive process enhancements, and share best practices across the organization.

Schedule & Resource Management: Optimize project schedules to meet commitment, partnering closely with all stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Risk & Crisis Management: Proactively identify project risks, implement robust mitigation strategies, and remain calm when escalating critical issues to leadership to achieve resolution.

Stakeholder Influence: Command the room during meetings, manage expectations, and foster trust across internal and external teams.

Technical Oversight: Ensure the project team delivers the "as-sold" scope, preventing scope creep and collaborating with experts to optimize technical solutions.

Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, QA, supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery to ensure alignment and accountability.

NPI & Gate Reviews: Ensure compliance with New Product Introduction processes, chair project gate reviews, and oversee design review guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.

Compliance & Governance: Maintain adherence to internal governance frameworks, quality standards, release processes, and safety regulations.

Global Collaboration: Lead and coordinate with global teams across geographies and time zones, partnering with functions including Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, EHS, and Cyber, regular reporting to the leadership team
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Background: Familiarity with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom/network equipment.
Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and project scheduling tools.
Experience in Hybrid project management
Familiarity with embedded firmware, hardware design lifecycle, and manufacturing transition processes is a plus.
Business Acumen: Ability to align project execution with long-term business strategy.
Change Agent: Proven success in introducing new processes and driving organizational change.
