Lead Engineer - Cyber Security

This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for gas power control and driving the deployment of new technologies. Key responsibilities include:

• →Collaborate with product line leaders to capture and translate customer cybersecurity requirements for the NPI teams.
• →Work with technical leaders, system architects, and principal engineers to develop test plans for product cybersecurity strategies and product development.
• →Drive the product development and deployment of new technologies and lifecycle tools for application sizing, installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.
• →Be the point of contact for project teams for technical questions and guidance on OT cyber security.
• →Document standard procedures for product lifecycle stages related to cybersecurity services.
• →Evaluate and implement virtualization technologies.
• →Drive security technologies, including firewall, IDS, endpoint security solutions etc within the control system.
• →Train and coordinate with global teams on new cybersecurity service releases.
• →Support field personnel in resolving technical issues and coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, and services.

• Bachelor/Master or above in Electronics Engineering/Computer engineering/software engineering/controls-instrumentation engineering Industrial Automation or equivalent.

• 6+ years of experience in Control sever/network design

• Hands on experience of Network, Compute, Data, Storage and Application security principles for on-premises/cloud applications

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to influence.

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Effective problem identification and solution skills

• Experience Knowledge of NERC/CIP, IEC 62443 standards
• Ability to coordinate several programs simultaneously
• Proven team player with solid cooperation, flexibility and demonstrated capacity to learn complex information quickly
• Good oral and written communication skills
• High energy team player with multi-cultural skills, able to influence effectively in a decentralized, cross functional matrix and global environment
