Build-in-Quality (PFMEA, MSA) Champion for the cell

Facilitate Management of Change (MOC) for the cell

Daily review of non-conformances, defect rates monitoring for required short term, medium term and long term actions.

Lead and Drive problem solving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and effective implementation of Corrective and Preventive actions
- →
Facilitate Quality Improvement Projects (QIP) to meet cell's SQDC KPIs
- →
Drive initiatives to reduce defect rates
- →
Owner of Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) issues and events in the cell
- →
Resolution of customer's quality complains related to cell's products
- →
Support cell in implementation and adherence of Quality Management Systems QMS) requirements

Raise quality awareness, conduct quality briefs, monitor and exercise Quality Stop Works

Assigned supply chain internal auditor to facilitate/ conduct audits for compliance and improvements
Requirements

Gas Turbine component manufacturing experience will be an added advantage
Understanding of ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and experienced in quality internal audits
Highly skilled in Root Cause Analysis especially in solving technical complex problems
Practitioner of Lean/ 6 Sigma methodologies
Experienced in sustaining built-in-quality culture in manufacturing industry
