Lead Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team and deliver complex, high-profile infrastructure projects. This role combines technical leadership, team mentoring, and client engagement within a globally connected consulting environment.

• →Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, technical standards, and project objectives.
• →Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and designers, fostering technical excellence and capability development across the team.
• →Manage and oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
• →Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• →Lead project and contract activities, including design coordination, client liaison, and stakeholder engagement.
• →Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering design processes, digital delivery, and project execution methodologies.
• →Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• →Support business development activities through proposals, tenders, technical submissions, and client relationship management.

• →Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• →10+ years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects, with demonstrated experience in design delivery, project leadership, and technical oversight.
• →Strong civil engineering design background across infrastructure sectors including Transport, Land Development, Water, Energy, Dams and Tailings..
• →Demonstrated experience in leading design reviews, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and global teams.
• →Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers and designers while contributing to team growth and capability building.
