We are looking for skilled and experienced Materials Engineer to support the business in delivering marine and materials engineering projects and managing small to medium-size projects within the business group.

• →Lead and deliver materials engineering assessments, including condition, durability, structural, residual life, and asset integrity assessments.
• →Develop remediation, repair, life extension, cathodic protection, and protective coating solutions for existing assets and structures.
• →Prepare technical reports, specifications, design documentation, and client deliverables.
• →Analyze and interpret materials, inspection, testing, and structural performance data.
• →Undertake site inspections, investigations, and condition assessments to support project delivery.
• →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated engineering solutions.
• →Support business development activities through proposals, client engagement, and technical presentations.
• →Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• →Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• →Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and best practices in materials engineering and asset management.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil and/or materials engineering or other related discipline, Master’s degree in materials engineering is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PRC licensed) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in materials engineering, asset integrity, durability engineering, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in the inspection, assessment, and remediation of existing assets and structures is highly desirable.
• Experience conducting condition, durability, structural, and residual life assessments.
• Experience developing materials specifications and repair strategies to address structural and durability requirements.
• Experience with cathodic protection systems, protective coatings, or corrosion mitigation solutions is advantageous.
• Proven project management capability, including managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
