We have a new opportunity for an Intermediate to Senior Project Manager – Contamination Assessment and Remediation in Vancouver, BC.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Demonstrated experience delivering environmental projects for clients, with accountability for client relationships, project performance, and delivery excellence on moderately complex to complex assignments.
- →Intermediate to senior project management capability across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and resource management, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a structured, practical, and collaborative way.
- →Ability to work effectively as a peer to other Project Managers while bringing sound judgment, ownership, and calm leadership to more complex project situations.
- →Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading client discussions, coordinating internal stakeholders, mentoring developing professionals, and delivering clear project reporting.
Requirements
~2 min readBachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Possession of, or the ability to obtain, a recognized professional designation in the Province of British Columbia will be highly regarded
8+ years of experience in environmental consulting, including environmental remediation and site assessments, report writing, data management and interpretation, project management, and client management, preferably with BC CSR and federal experience.
- Eligible for Reliability Status on Defense Construction Canada projects.
- Experience guiding or mentoring junior technical staff, new graduates, or early-career professionals within a consulting project delivery environment would be considered an asset.
Salary range: $82,050 to 145,125 per year. The salary range is based on the preferred work location. If the selected candidate’s location differs, changes to the salary range may apply.
