- Undertake engineering inspections, interpret drawings and specifications, and recommend remedial works, particularly within operational airport environments.
- Coordinate contract administration and project management activities for aviation projects, including subcontractor liaison and stakeholder engagement.

- Demonstrated design and delivery experience across a broad range of civil infrastructure projects, with experience in airport, aviation, or transport infrastructure highly regarded.
- A self-starting, proactive approach with a strong desire to shape and grow your career in the Pacific region.
- Experience acting as Engineer’s Representative or similar contract administration role, particularly under NZS 3910 or FIDIC style contracts
- Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and identify opportunities to add value.
- A proven project delivery mindset, thriving in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence using engineering tools and design software.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, able to work effectively across technical and cultural contexts.
- A genuine interest in mentoring others and contributing to a diverse, inclusive team culture.
