Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to the established written guidelines and procedures
- →Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service
- →Responsible for the analysis and resolution of moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions
- →Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvements based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units
- → Research and resolves trade errors, allocations and discrepancies found in routine reports
- →Responds to internal and external partner inquiries related to trade corrections and error resolution via email, phone, or workflow systems, escalating more challenging issues to leadership ensuring operational efficiency and quality client service
- →Understand the process flow from end to end including the reasons for each step, the process controls, the risks within the process and the upstream/downstream impacts of their work based on an understanding the work affects other operational units

Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 1 year experience with financial industry product support
- Demonstrated ability to manage a personal caseload and organize work to meet daily/weekly SLAs
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel to run macros, apply filters and understand PivotTables
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook to manage and organize daily email communications
- Experience reviewing/booking trades or resolving trade exceptions/corrections for mutual funds, fixed income, equities, or money markets
- Coursework or work experience in operations, finance, or accounting
