Material Program Manager - Remote

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Minimum 3 years experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement

• Experience with non-deliverable, services Purchase Orders
• Experience in material requirements planning (MRP) and/or Logistics.

Raytheon is looking for an experienced Material Program Manager to join the Design Agent branch of the Air and Missile Defense Radar AN/SPY-6(V) integration and production support efforts. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and successfully interface with functional and program leadership. You’ll create and execute Material Program Strategies and Plans to ensure flawless execution from the front end through contract closure.

• →Generating Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals/quotes
• →Creating Request for material, and short text purchase requests (RFM/STPR)
• →Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.
• →Being familiar with and reference applicable policies and procedures to perform MPM tasks
• →Working closely with production control and procurement to orchestrate tasking handoffs
• →Working closely with the program cross functional teams for any supply chain requests.
• →Facilitating the creation or updates of PIA’s and/or NDA’s for new suppliers.
• →Working closely with Procurement to streamline the cycle time for PO placement.
