Requirements

- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or a related technical field.
- Experience with sustainment or depot operations in a factory environment.
- Experience with manufacturing processes specific to the Forest factory.
- Earned Value Manager certification.
- Experience in a fast-paced technical or manufacturing environment

The Program Operations Manager serves as the critical interface between Operations and the Integrated Program Leadership Team, ensuring seamless communication and execution of program objectives. This role is pivotal in supporting sustainment contract activities within the Forest CMC Factory and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve cost, schedule, and performance goals.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Act as the primary liaison between the factory operations team and the program leadership team to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- →Communicate schedule and cost performance for Operations deliverables, ensuring contractual requirements are met.
- →Coordinate cross-functional resources to eliminate barriers and address challenges with urgency.
- →Support the execution of sustainment operations by collaborating with factory leaders and program counterparts.
- →Advocate for factory needs within the program and ensure program requirements are effectively communicated to the factory.
- →Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery of contractual obligations.
- →Provide leadership in the use of manufacturing dashboards.
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in sustainment factory processes.
