We are seeking an Onsite Program Quality Engineer (PQE) to serve within the Advanced Programs Quality team. The PQE will support production and development contracts ensuring that program goals are accomplished while staying compliant to AS9100 requirements. The successful candidate of Quality and Mission Assurance (QMA) Professionals will help safeguard the effective integration and implementation of RTX processes and procedures within the constraints of Raytheon Command Media.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate data to drive process improvements. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential, as the role requires close interaction with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance throughout the production lifecycle. Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA), and quality management systems is highly desirable, along with a proactive mindset to address problems and optimize production outcomes.
