Project Engineer I (Onsite)

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Engineering major obtained by start date.  
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA 

Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering 
• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.

• →Candidates hired will begin their first 2.5 years at Pratt & Whitney as part of the Engineering Development Program (EDP). This program consists of three rotations that are 12 months in duration and typically occur in three distinct disciplines within the hiring department. The intent of our EDP is to offer breadth & depth in various technical experiences through challenging positions available in our organizations. This program will help expand your professional and technical competencies that will serve as the foundation for exceptional contributions that you will make at Pratt & Whitney.
