Sr Eng Project Manager, I4.0 PMX Effectors III

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
• Experience working as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment ideally in a government contractor corporation
• Experience with project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, scheduling, manage budgets
• Experience with working with suppliers
• Experience with effective communication and engagement across all levels of the organization.

• Raytheon Project Management level 6 certification and/or PMP certification
• Experience with capital Investments.
• Experience managing Earned Value (EV) programs, complex schedules, and multiple deliverables.
• Knowledge of relevant business sectors, have established relationships with leaders, and be familiar with the product lines, customer base, and manufacturing operations.

The Raytheon Industry 4.0 (I4.0) team is seeking an experienced and results-oriented I4.0 Sr Engineer Project Manager. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency, project management expertise, leadership abilities, and business acumen to ensure projects are successfully completed, on time, and within budget while driving innovation. In addition, the role will support strategic business planning, and corporate initiatives.  This role works across functions and levels in the business supporting a complex network of existing and developing digital and cyber-physical factory automation systems, creating I4.0 within Raytheon and supporting the growing demand.
