Global Placement Firm is seeking a highly motivated International Project Manager to join a leading corporate legal team in Hong Kong or Beijing, China.

This role provides a structured pathway for professional growth, offering junior lawyers and legal professionals the opportunity to develop international corporate expertise, particularly in capital markets and other corporate matters. Successful candidates will receive extensive internal training, mentorship, and exposure to high-profile corporate transactions.

As an International Project Manager, you will:

• Support associates, counsels, and partners in Hong Kong and Beijing on corporate matters, including capital markets transactions.

• Participate in internal professional development training, including legal writing, communication, and financial statements analysis.

• Receive mentorship and regular performance reviews every six months to ensure continuous professional growth.

• Collaborate with cross-border teams to deliver high-quality legal services in an international corporate environment.

• Develop skills that provide a clear pathway toward promotion to associate within two to four years, depending on prior experience.

  Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support corporate transactions.

  Draft clear, accurate, and well-structured legal documents and memoranda.

  Collaborate with team members to manage projects and ensure deadlines are met.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from a top U.S. law school.

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a top Chinese university.

• Native-level Chinese and fluent English proficiency preferred.

• Prior full-time experience in an international law firm is preferred.
