Easton Coach Company is hiring Non-CDL Paratransit Drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation throughout the Philadelphia community.

Easton Coach Company is a contracted transportation provider for SEPTA, supporting paratransit transportation services for passengers who rely on accessible transportation to get to work, medical appointments, activities, and other destinations throughout the region.

Evening shifts begin between 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM

Typical shifts are 8–10 hours

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on operational needs

Responsibilities

As a Paratransit Driver, you will:

→
Safely transport passengers as part of Easton Coach Company's contracted SEPTA paratransit service
→
Follow an assigned driver manifest with scheduled passenger pick-up and drop-off locations and times
→
Provide safe, courteous, and dependable transportation
→
Assist passengers as needed while entering and exiting the vehicle
→
Follow company, DOT, and passenger transportation safety procedures
→
Maintain professional communication with passengers, dispatch, and operations staff
→
Help provide passengers with safe, reliable transportation throughout the Philadelphia area

Requirements

Must have a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for at least 2 consecutive years

Must meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements

Must successfully complete a DOT physical

Must successfully complete a drug screening

Must successfully complete applicable background and employment screening requirements

Must be able to meet the scheduling requirements of the position

A CDL and previous professional driving experience are not required.

Easton Coach Company provides paid training at $18.00/hour to prepare you to safely transport passengers and succeed as a professional paratransit driver.
