Maintenance Manager

Manage and coordinate to ensure the implementation of maintenance and preventive maintenance in support the smooth running of the production process.

Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set.

Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing instruments and electrical equipment.

Ensure calibration is on schedule.

Make improvements by modifying equipment / machines.

Coordinate the implementation of the project related to the scope of its work field to fit the targets set.

Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and Ensure Correction action is implemented if there is a deviation.

Running Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.

Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.

Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.

Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO).

Responsible for the development of employees in maintenance.

Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment and equipment (cleanliness) environment (environment) in the work location.

Bachelor degree (Mechanical Engineering) from reputable University.

Minimal 15 years experiences in chemical plant maintenance with minimal 5 years at managerial position.

Well verse with rotating equipment (pumps, fans, etc) and static equipment (like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, vacuum vessels, etc).

Good knowledge of electrical and instrument is necessary.

Able to lead the maintenance team to increase MTBF and reduce MTTR; to do effective RCA; improve the skill set of maintenance team.

Good project management skill in times of turnaround is added advantage.
