Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
→Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking with precision.
→Oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and ensure compliance with public sector standards.
→Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and proactively resolve issues.
→Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff.

A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with construction-specific software like Procore, ViewPoint, or Microsoft Project.
