Full Stack Engineer (Java) - Kaunas

• →Design and develop software using latest technologies;
  
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop software;
  
• →Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables;
  
• →Conduct thorough testing to ensure software robustness and reliability;
  
• →Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise;
  
• →Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence;
  
• →Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and share knowledge with the team;
  
• →Contribute to the design and evolution of our software architecture, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Experience in software development, demonstrating a record of accomplishment of delivering impactful and results-oriented solutions;
  
• Familiarity with software testing frameworks and methodologies;
  
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, demonstrating ownership and accountability in driving projects forward;
  
• Troubleshooting and debugging skills;
  
• Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail;
  
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks, demonstrating ownership and initiative in staying current with industry trends and best practices;
  
• Experience in Agile development environment;
  
• Fluent communication in English.

Gross salary from 3500 - 5500 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
