Indigenous Bulk Driver (Class 1)

• Who this is for: First Nations, Métis and Inuit drivers who hold a Class 1 and live in Alberta or are ready to work here
• Role: Bulk Driver 2
• Location: Red Deer yard. Open to drivers from across Alberta. Housing support is not confirmed
• Pay: $75,000 to $110,000 a year, salary plus job bonuses. Actual earnings depend on job volume and competency level (employer estimate, not guaranteed)
• Rotation: 15 days on, on call the full 15, then 6 days off

• A Class 1 licence, manual transmission (no automatic-only restriction)
• 1 year of driving preferred, not required

• 50 lb (23 kg) lift test
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Clean driver's record and driver's abstract
• The employer's standard application and interview

• On call for the full 15 days of every rotation
• Physical work, starting with the 50 lb (23 kg) lift test

• Mentorship and support through the whole placement, up to 12 months, at no cost to you
• Employers get cultural training before you arrive, so you walk into a workplace that is ready for you
