As the Talent Acquisition Manager, reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while overseeing global recruitment delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role. Alongside managing the team, you may personally recruit for a range of executive positions across technology, product, project management, finance, legal, operations, and other business functions.
You will partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters (e.g. conducting weekly 1:1 meetings and team meetings to ensure weekly goal alignment, managing to weekly KPIs).

Partner with key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.

Optimize recruitment processes and technologies (e.g., ATS, sourcing tools).

Build and maintain a strong employer brand through social media, networking events, and candidate experience.

Monitor key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, source of hire) and generate reports and updates for leadership.

Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion principles are embedded in recruiting practices.
Manage relationships with job boards, sourcing tools, and ATS partners. - →
Stay current with labor market trends and regulatory requirements affecting global hiring practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, hiBob, Greenhouse).
A high level of professionalism, judgment, ethics, discretion, and confidentiality.
Comfort working independently and collaboratively within a fully remote and globally distributed organization.
Flexibility to work across different hours or time zones depending on business needs.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to DEI initiatives.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Based in CST or EST locations would be preferred.
Requirements
