OperationsMaintenance Technician
- Ensure timely and quality completion of scheduled maintenance and repairs for our members’ homes
- Interact with members, subcontractors and our support team to provide updates and instructions regarding maintenance needs
- Provide clearly documented reports after each visit to summarize the work completed and any necessary follow-up
- Grow and develop your skills with professional development and opportunities to advance within our company into leadership roles
- Handyman or maintenance professional
- Background in residential home building and/or maintenance
- Knowledgeable about basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting
- Problem solver who can work independently to troubleshoot household issues
- A good communicator who can clearly relay both verbal and written information
- Comfortable with technology and mobile apps
What We Offer
~1 min read✓Up to $35/hour (commensurate with experience)
✓No on-call work -- stable schedule of 40 hrs/week
