• Ensure timely and quality completion of scheduled maintenance and repairs for our members’ homes
• Interact with members, subcontractors and our support team to provide updates and instructions regarding maintenance needs
• Provide clearly documented reports after each visit to summarize the work completed and any necessary follow-up
• Grow and develop your skills with professional development and opportunities to advance within our company into leadership roles

• A seasoned handyman or maintenance professional with a background in residential home building and/or maintenance. High-end luxury experience preferred, not required.
• Knowledgeable about basic home maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting
• An excellent problem solver who can work independently to troubleshoot household issues
• Have excellent customer service and presence when working inside homes
• A great communicator who can clearly relay both verbal and written information
• Comfortable with technology (basic computer skills, email, our Proprietary Software)
