Want to lead healthcare logistics operations at a global company? At Marken we are looking for an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence at our Buenos Aires branch. 🌍✈️

Marken, a UPS Company, is looking for a leader to run our Buenos Aires branch operations, ensuring reliable service, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in healthcare logistics, while developing high-performing teams aligned with local and global objectives.

• →Lead branch operations, ensuring service excellence, efficiency and compliance.

• →Ensure shipments meet customer requirements, delivery times and quality standards.

• →Monitor and improve operational and quality KPIs (OTP, POD, POB, Maestro).

• →Define and execute operational plans aligned with local, regional and global objectives.

• →Manage key relationships with customers, agents, airlines and carriers.

• →Manage risks, service disruptions and corrective actions.

• →Ensure compliance with GDP, regulations, trade requirements and audits.

• →Lead operational excellence initiatives and local and regional projects.

• →Train, develop and coach teams.

• →Support business growth in partnership with the Commercial team.

• Education: University degree in International Trade (Comercio Exterior).

• Work experience: Track record in operations management and team leadership (for example in plants, warehouses or consumer goods). Years of experience: to be confirmed.

• Technical knowledge: International trade, customs, airports and airlines; 100% air operations.

• Language: Advanced English (essential), due to global meetings with the United States.

• Skills: Leadership, empathy, teamwork under pressure, stakeholder management and customer relationship management.

• Pharma or healthcare experience (to be confirmed).

• Location: Tortuguitas, Buenos Aires (to be confirmed).

• Work model: 100% on-site.

• Department: Operations.
