The rewards at Healogics are immense, starting with the important work we do to change patients’ lives. We also understand that meaningful work is hard work, and we are committed to supporting and compensating our employees for the tremendous service they provide.

Think you are a great fit? Learn more about this role here:

Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an increase in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds who would benefit from expert care is growing. The company is focused on extending its differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients as possible through its outpatient clinic partnerships.

The Vice President, Data & AI is responsible for defining and executing Healogics' enterprise data and artificial intelligence strategy, architecture, operating model, and roadmap. This leader will bring together data engineering, reporting and analytics, applied AI, and solution development capabilities into a coordinated portfolio aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes.

The Vice President will serve as the Chief Information Officer's senior technical and strategic leader for Data and AI. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to work at both the executive and detailed solution-design level. The Vice President must be able to evaluate and challenge data and AI architectures, data models, semantic layers, pipelines, integrations, APIs, analytics solutions, and AI design patterns, identifying weaknesses, unnecessary complexity, scalability concerns, and technical risk. The leader must have the technical credibility to effectively guide and challenge experienced engineers, architects, developers, and vendors while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, reusable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

This leader will assess and develop the Data and AI organization, establish clear technical and architectural standards, clarify accountabilities, and manage priorities across the portfolio. Working closely with executives, clinical and operational leaders, and technology teams, the Vice President will translate complex or ambiguous business needs into clear strategies, architectures, roadmaps, and solutions, while making sound build, buy, partner, and reuse decisions.

All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, hospital policies, applicable accrediting organization standards, federal and state regulations, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services guidelines.
