We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Project Manager to oversee and execute key initiatives across our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and a passion for driving transformative change.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget

2- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

3- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

4- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates

5- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure successful project implementation

6- Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership

7- Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices

Annual Salary Range:

$135,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Director of Healthcare Operations.

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, project management, business, or related field (Master's preferred)

2- 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector

3- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

4- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

5- PMP or other relevant certification preferred
