Description

Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs is a rapidly growing childcare organization operating across approximately 15 states. We provide before and after school programs, summer programs, Early Learning Centers, and Universal Pre Kindergarten programs.

Responsibilities

You're organized, resourceful, detail oriented, and comfortable balancing hands on work with project coordination. You take ownership, follow through, and look for better ways to get things done.

• You're willing to dig into the details and resolve problems yourself.

• You can coordinate projects, delegate tasks when appropriate, and hold people accountable for commitments.

• You enjoy analyzing workflows and finding ways to simplify or automate repetitive work.

• You can manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow ups without losing track.

• You're comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and learning new technology.

• You communicate clearly and work effectively across departments.

• You take initiative and focus on results, not just identifying problems.
