  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify renewal processes, improve documentation, automate repetitive tasks, and leverage AI to increase team productivity.
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Renewals, Customer Success Operations, Deal Desk, or a related operational role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple renewal activities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and familiarity with CPQ, contract management, or subscription management tools.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather customer intelligence and prepare actionable commercial insights.
  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Deal Desk.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience preparing customer-facing documentation, executive summaries, and commercial materials.
