We're looking for a talented Electrical Engineer with strong electrical schematic design experience to join our growing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, safety-critical rail projects that are shaping the future of sustainable transportation.

As part of a collaborative, international engineering environment, you'll play a key role in the design, development, and integration of electrical systems, ensuring robust, compliant, and innovative solutions are delivered throughout the product lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to influence projects from concept through to production, working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, and customers.

• →Develop, integrate and maintain detailed electrical schematics and system designs using computer-aided engineering tools.
• →Design and size electrical wiring systems, cable routes and electrical networks in line with technical requirements and industry standards.
• →Select and specify electromechanical components including relays, contactors, connectors and circuit breakers.
• →Support the definition and development of electrical system architectures and conceptual solutions.
• →Ensure designs comply with railway standards, safety regulations and engineering best practice.
• →Perform electrical system calculations, cable dimensioning and protection coordination activities.
• →Support manufacturing, industrial engineering and production teams during vehicle assembly and testing.
• →Collaborate with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Contribute to technical investigations, problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll be a proactive and technically capable engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and takes pride in producing high-quality electrical documentation.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

• A degree in Electrical, Electrotechnical or a related Engineering discipline.
• Proven experience producing and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience within rail, transportation, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or other electromechanical engineering environments.
• Knowledge of electrical design software, ideally E3.series (Zuken) or similar schematic design tools.
• Understanding of electrical system sizing, cable calculations, protection devices and electrical distribution systems.
• Knowledge of relays, contactors, circuit breakers and electrical protection schemes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
