→Lead and manage the technical execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
→Develop and review engineering designs, specifications, and technical documentation, providing expert guidance and mentorship to project team members.
→Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, contractors, suppliers).
→Conduct technical risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize potential issues.
→Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively, identifying and addressing any deviations or concerns.
→Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and building strong client relationships.
→Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover phases of projects, ensuring all systems are fully functional and meet performance requirements.
→Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering processes and project execution methodologies.
→Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and progress summaries to senior management and stakeholders.
→Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
